Alta Langa

V. S. Q. P. R. D.

The result of the fermentation of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes is an outstanding dry Classic Method Sparkling Wine. It is fermented in bottle – just like the tradition wants.

Grape Varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Maturation and aging: after bottle fermentation the wine rests on its own lees before degorgement. The wine is not subjected to the liqueur du tirage.
Characteristic: brilliant with a lavish, delicate froth, exceptionally tiny bubbles and a persistent finish; a straw-yellow colour tinged with pale green shades catches the eye. Its nose is fruity and complex with a bouquet recalling yeast and bread crust; delicate overtones of rose and vanilla complete the nose. The palate is dry, cool, tangy and well-balanced with a long finishing.
Serving temperature: 8°-10°C
