The result of the fermentation of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes is an outstanding dry Classic Method Sparkling Wine. It is fermented in bottle – just like the tradition wants.
Grape Varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Maturation and aging: after bottle fermentation the wine rests on its own lees before degorgement. The wine is not subjected to the liqueur du tirage.
Characteristic: brilliant with a lavish, delicate froth, exceptionally tiny bubbles and a persistent finish; a straw-yellow colour tinged with pale green shades catches the eye. Its nose is fruity and complex with a bouquet recalling yeast and bread crust; delicate overtones of rose and vanilla complete the nose. The palate is dry, cool, tangy and well-balanced with a long finishing. Serving temperature: 8°-10°C
